Richard Stock, brother of major league flamethrower Robert Stock, attended the University of Southern California after an outstanding prep career, highlighted by both pitching and catching at the 2008 Area Code Games, playing for the Dodger and Angel Elite teams in 2008, and being drafted by the Brewers in the 45th round of the 2009 MLB Draft.
